Each Open Studio will have posted hours. Walk-ins are welcome!
All children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. A parent and child may work on a project together and only pay for the one project.
There will be various projects that you may choose from. Prices and estimated project times will be listed below. Each project will have a designated area with all the supplies needed, written instructions and a video (if available) online to help guide you step by step through the project. Someone will be available at all times during Open Studio hours to assist you with tools and instructions. You may work on your own or you may ask someone present to guide you through the process. Please be aware that some projects will require a second visit to complete the process. The project price includes all necessary return visits.
The availability of a listed project will depend on the number of people who have prepaid and the supplies on hand. If you would like to check on the availability of a particular project prior to coming, please call the studio and I will let you know. Chances are, however, if that project is not available, you will find another one just as fun!
One of the nice things about Open Studio is that you can work at your own pace. There are no time limits for a particular project. However, no projects may be started after 2:30 pm and all customers must leave by 4:00 pm to allow for studio clean-up.
If you find that Open Studio hours don't work for you, you may request a later time. To make this feasible for me, I would need at least 4 others attending, as well. This would be a good time for a group of friends to have a casual get together after work. If this is something you would like, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
